จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท พิบูลย์ทราย จำกัด ขึ้น ณ จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ 29 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2527 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 20 ล้านบาท เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจดูดทราย ล้างคัดแยก กรวดทราย เพื่อจัดจำหน่าย
ปี 2535
จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท พิบูลย์คอนกรีต จำกัด ขึ้น ณ จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2535 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 80 ล้านบาท เพื่อประกอบธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตสำเร็จรูป ทั้งสินค้าและบริการอย่างครบวงจรในภาคเหนือ
